Modules

Lucity Web is made of many modules. Each Lucity module is designed to track a specific set of information. The modules in Lucity are highly customizable. This includes field/grid captions, locations, general layout, etc. This section of the helpguide describes the fields and grids available in each module, however these components may not currently appear in the module depending on your configuration.

The modules are grouped together into programs with focus on a specific set of infrastructure or work.

General

Serves as a repository of customer, address and parcel data used in other Lucity programs. Also enables agencies to create custom Inventory and Inspection modules.

Environmental

Tracks information about sites that require environmental inspection programs, like mosquito control.

Sewer

Records data about an agency's sewer system assets, including maintenance and inspections. It also tracks sewer-related incidents, like overflows or illicit discharge.

Storm

Records data about an agency's storm system assets, including maintenance and inspections. It also tracks storm-related incidents, like illicit discharge.

Environmental Compliance

Tracks information about sewer and storm survey sites and related inspections.

Transportation

Stores information associated with transportation assets (not fleet), such as streets, signs, signals and lights. Also tracks maintenance and inspections of these items and related accidents.

Water

Records data about an agency's water system assets, including maintenance and inspections. It also tracks water-related incidents, like main breaks or water losses.

Electric

Stores data on electric assets and their inspections.

Tree/Park

Enables an agency to inventory its trees and its park assets and to document inspections of these items.

Fleet

Tracks information about a vehicle fleet, including inspections, logs, and warranties.

Plant/Equipment

Stores data on processing plant assets, including related equipment and inspections.

Facility

Stores data regarding agency buildings, such as inspections and keys.

IT

Tracks various physical assets in an agency's IT infrastructure including computer hardware and fiber optic cabling.

Refuse/Recycle

Tracks data about refuse and recycling, including customer accounts, containers, routes and rates.

Work

Lets users create Requests and Work Orders and track the progress of such items. Also includes project-planning and budgeting tools.

Warehouse Inventory

Tracks warehouse locations and inventory. Also lets users create Purchase Orders and document order fulfillment.

System Configuration

Provides settings used to control Lucity Web functions or to set up Lucity Web modules and features.
