Lucity Web's Water program is a suite of modules that enhance an agency's ability to manage the utility and meet the needs of its municipal water customers.

The program enables users to:

• document system design and capacity;
• perform system testing and record results using integrated industry standards;
• create work orders and track system maintenance; and
• log issues like water losses, system breaks or spills.

This information is critical for planning processes, risk management and service improvement.

Lucity Web Water Modules

Water Distribution - Documents and maps elements of a clean-water system. Also tracks flushing activities, inspections, and meter readings.

Raw Water - Documents and maps elements of a raw-water system. Users can track raw-water sources, as well as spills or breaks.

Recycled Water - Documents and maps elements of a recycled-water system, including sources and service taps. Also tracks related inspections.

Backflow Prevention - Tracks backflow prevention assets, tests, and water loss. Also logs information on approved inspection contractors and testing staff.

Water Loss - Tracks details and work orders related to events that caused water losses.

Water Sites - Stores information about an agency's water-related sites and facilities. Users can also log and track any violations associated with a site.

Water Administration - Enables administrators to document water-related construction projects, assign assets to those projects and track valuation/deterioration.

Access Roads - Stores information regarding roads that provide access to water assets.

Water Gates - Documents and maps structures used to restrict access to water assets.

Water Rights - Stores information about water appropriation rights and history.

Benefit Districts - Stores general information about benefit districts for water projects. Users can then assign assets to benefit districts.
