Lucity Web's Sewer suite helps agencies track information on a broad range of sewer assets and their relationships to other assets, inspections, tests, work orders, etc.

Using these modules, Lucity users can:

• inventory sewer system components, such as pipes, structures, pump stations, and valves;
• track a number of different types of inspections;
• test system elements and compare results to established thresholds;
• manage customer accounts by documenting service connections, recording lateral permits and assessing fees;

Lucity Web Sewer Modules

Pipes - Documents sewer system pipes and related inspections, tests and lamping activities.

Structures - Documents other types of sewer structures, such as manholes or intakes, as well as related inspections and vacuum tests.

Service Laterals - Helps agencies track their service lateral inventory and customers' access to the sewer system. Also facilitates the permit process and fee assessment.

Pump Stations - Records information (type, features, location) about sewer pump stations and sewer pumps, as well as related inspections, readings and warranties.

Control Valves and System Valves - Document sewer system valves (type, features, location) and related inspections.

Sewer Nodes - Documents the location and nature of junctions, bends, reducers, and other connections between sewer pipes.
