Fleet

Lucity's suite of Fleet modules helps agencies track a wide range of information related to their vehicle inventories, including:

• vehicle specs, inspections and fuel costs;
• tire/tire cap specs and history;
• associated equipment, as well as its inspections and readings;
• travel logs; and
• warranties.

Module Relationships

• Each Fleet record can be linked to many pieces of Equipment.
• Each Fleet record can be associated with multiple Fueling records.
• Fluids established in the Work Flow Setup can be linked to each Fleet record through Fueling records (e.g., gasoline, motor oil, etc.).
• Each Fleet record can have multiple components and subcomponents linked to it that link it back to Work Flow Setup Materials.
• Multiple Warranties can be associated with each Fleet asset, as well as with each Fleet component and subcomponent.
• Multiple Travel log entries can be linked to one Fleet asset.
