The Show in Map tool allows users to view the location of a record from Lucity in the a map. This tool is found within Lucity Desktop, Web, and Mobile products. The setup for each tool is slightly different, and contains different capabilities.
Lucity Desktop
Lucity Desktop has the greatest variety options for the show in map tool. It can launch the Lucity Webmap, Lucity GIS Viewer, a 3rd party webmap, and ArcMap 10x. The tool can be defined by each user and set to launch a default map, or it can be configured on a module by module basis to launch different ArcMap products. Finally there is a configuration program that allows administrators to setup the show in map tools for multiple users at once.
Order of Map use

3rd Party Webmap - This requires an agency to have a 3rd party mapping product that works with Lucity and an administrator to change some settings in the Lucity Administration Tool.

Lucity Mobile will launch a Lucity Webmap.
Setup
Lucity Mobile Map - No setup is required by the user. When the Administrator sets up maps they assign different maps to different groups and set a default map.
