The Requests/Tracking tab provides two grids: Requests grid and Tracking grid.
The Requests grid allows you to associate existing requests with the current work order. Also, if the work order was created from a request, that request is logged in the grid automatically.
The Tracking grid allows you to view the work order history. For instance, if you change a supervisor, delete an asset, or the work order status changes, these changes will be documented automatically in the Tracking grid.
Note: You cannot modify or manually add data to the Tracking grid. It is a read-only grid.
