At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Bldg Record No |
This field is automatically entered by the system. This number uniquely identifies each building. |
Building ID |
This is a required, alphanumeric field that allows you to enter your own unique identifier for the building. If your agency does not use unique identifiers, you can use the F5 function to automatically populate this field with same value as in the Bldg. Record No. field. |
Building Name |
This field allows you to enter the name of the building. This field is not required. |
Operating Status |
This code-description field allows you to indicate the facility site's status. Any site with a status code above 950 is considered out-of-service. Anything below 950 is considered operational. |
Building Type |
This field allows you to select a code and description from a user-defined pick list. |
