Park Tab

The Park tab contains a grid that links the building record to records in the Park Structure module.

Note: This tab only shows up if an agency owns the Parks modules.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.

• Right-click in the grid to add a record
• Right-click on an existing record to get a menu with options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
• Double-click on an existing record to open it

How To Add a Record

1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record.
2. The Park Structure module will open to a new record.
3. Fill out the Alt Structure ID. This is required.
   • The Building ID is required to link the structure to a building records, but it is filled out automatically this way.
4. Fill out other desired fields.
5. Save and Close the record.

   Note: To link an already existing structure to a building find the structure record in the Park Structure module. Edit the record and update the Building ID field.
