The Items tab displays records from the Asset Items module that are associated with the BMP Asset.
A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether the data appears in ascending or descending order.
Right-click in the grid to add a record.
Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, Delete Record, or Load Stock Card Library.
The BMP Asset Item module opens and displays a new record. The BMP Asset Number is completed automatically when a record is added this way. Thge The Asset Item Number is, as well.
Complete other fields as desired.
Save and close the record. The Asset Item appears in the grid.
