Tests Tab

The Tests tab provides information about tests performed on the asset. It contains fields to help schedule regular tests and a historical listing of past tests.

Cleaning Fields

Last Test Date	The date the asset was last tested. This is automatically filled out from the most recent test record's Sample Taken date.
Next Test Date	The next date that the asset should be tested. This date can be added manually or calculated automatically based on the Last Test Date, Test Freq and Test Freq Units fields. This field can then be used to filter for assets that need to be inspected.
Test Freq	How often the asset should be tested. The type of units associated with this number is stored in the Test Freq Units field.
Test Freq Units	The type of units referred to in the Test Freq field (i.e., weeks, months, etc.).

Testing Grid

The Testing grid lists all tests for the asset.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.

Right-click in the grid to add a record.
Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
Double-click on an existing record to open it.

How to add a Test record
