Contacts Tab

The Contacts tab tracks the contact information for a primary contact and the owner of the facility. The e-mail fields for the owner and primary contact are used to send IPT notifications. At the bottom of the tab is a grid that stores other facility contacts.

Contact Email

The e-mail address for the facility contact who should receive the message produced by the "Send Contact Email Notification for Filterset" function, found in the toolkit.

Owner Email

The e-mail address for the facility owner who should receive the message produced by the "Send Owner Email Notification for Filterset" function, found in the toolkit.

A sample of the Contacts grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.

How To Add Other Facility Contacts

  1. Right-click in the Other Facility Contact grid.
  2. Select Add Record. The following dialog box will appear:

  3. Enter the information.
  4. Save and close the record.
