The Monitoring Points tab displays information about locations within the facility where testing occurs. At the top of the tab are several fields that correspond with the grids below them.
Last Test Date |
The inspection date of the most recent test record. |
Test Freq |
The number of (date) units between tests. |
Test Freq Units |
The type of date units between tests. |
Next Test Date |
The next date an inspection should occur. If the Test Freq and Test Freq Units fields are populated, the system automatically calculates the Next Test Date based on the Last Test Date. Users can create a filter for the Next Test Date field to identify facilities that need to be inspected. |
Monitoring Points Grid
The Monitoring Points grid includes at list of all monitoring points at the current facility. The record selected in this grid controls the records that appear in the other grids on the tab.
A sample of the Monitoring Points grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.
Monitoring Points Testing Parameters
The Testing Parameters grid includes a list of all testing parameters associated with the record selected in the Monitoring Points grid. This grid is for informational purposes only. To modify these records, a user must change them in the Monitoring Points module.

Monitoring Points Sample Test History
The Sample Test History grid lists all IPT Testing records that occurred at the point selected in the Monitoring Points grid. This grid is for informational purposes only. To modify these records, a user must change them in the Monitoring Points module.
