Specific Guidelines Tab

The Specific Guidelines tab enables users to add guidelines for performing the work task.

How To Add Guidelines

  1. Check the Modify Guidelines box to enable editing. The system will copy the existing guidelines from the Work Flow Setup > Tasks module > Guideline tab to the fields on this tab.
  2. Click in the fields and edit the guidelines for the task.

    Note: Any changes made to the guidelines on this tab do not affect the original guidelines in the Work Flow Setup > Tasks record.

  3. Save changes.
