Inspections Tab

The Inspections tab tracks all inspections related to the asset and provides summary information about the inspections.

Inspection fields

These fields provide summary information about the most recent inspection performed on the asset.

Last Inspection Date	Populated from the inspection date of the most recent inspection record.
Next Inspection Date	The next date an inspection should occur. This field can then be used to filter for assets that need to be inspected.

Inspections grid

This grid contains a list of all the inspections for the asset

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in each grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.

Right-click in the grid to add a record
Right-click on an existing record to get a menu with options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
Double-click on an existing record to open it
