Troubleshooting
In the case that there are problems with the Lucity Mobile app working, here are some things to look at, or send to Lucity support.
General usage, or connection problems
Application logs
- On the Android device go into the Lucity Mobile app to the HUb and tap on the Log button.
- This will bring up the logs screen.
- Review the log or hit the menu button to copy it, or send it in an email.
Lucity Rolling.log
- Go on the web server that the the Lucity Mobile Server is installed.
- Go to the LucityMobileRESTAPI/logs directory.
- Review the rolling.log file or send it to Lucity Support
Web Server HTTP error logs
- Check the http error logs that the web server keeps.
Activation problems
- Check the Activations Manager to see if that device has been activated for that user
- Check to see if that user has the "Work Orders for Android" permission
