Calculate 4 Day Test Results on IPT Facility for Current Filter
Calculates Four-Day Test results for all Monitoring Point Test records in the current filter. This includes calculating the 4-Day Max Result for the test parameter and determining whether the parameter is in compliance with four-day thresholds for the associated Monitoring Point.
Important: Users must run the Calculate Daily Test Results toolkit before running the Calculate 4 Day Test Results toolkit. The system uses the Daily Result values to perform the 4 Day Max Result calculations.
Create a filter to identify the IPT Facility Monitoring Point Test records for which you would like to generate test results.
For example, you could create a filter to find all Tests:
for a particular Monitoring Point at a specific Facility;
for a certain Parameter; or
with a specific Due Date.
Run the Calculate Daily Test Results on IPT Facility | Current Filter toolkit. (See full instructions.)
2Calculates the Daily Result for all Monitoring Point Test records in the current filter. The toolkit also determines whether each parameter is in compliance with daily thresholds for the associated Monitoring Point.

Note: If, for any reason, a user wishes to exclude a particular parameter reading from the analysis, simply check the Ignore Sample checkbox on the related Testing Test List record.
Click the button in the IPT Facility Monitoring Point Test toolbar and select Calculate Daily Test Results on IPT Facility | Current Filter. A pop-up appears, asking the user to confirm the number of records against which the Toolkit will run.
To continue, click Yes. The system performs the Daily Test analysis on all filtered Test List records. If the toolkit runs successfully, a pop-up message appears in the bottom-right of the Lucity screen.
To view the Daily Test results, open the Testing Test List records associated with the Monitoring Point Tests on which you ran the toolkit. In the "Results" section of the form, you'll find the Daily Result value and checkboxes that convey whether the system found the Parameter to be compliant, non-compliant or significantly noncompliant for the day at that Monitoring Point.
Note: You must run the Daily Test toolkit before running the 4-Day Test toolkit because the Daily Results values are required to calculate the 4 Day Max Results. If the user does not run the Daily Test, the toolkit will run; however, the system will flag the 4-Day Not Enough Tests field.
Click the button in the IPT Facility Monitoring Point Test toolbar and select Calculate 4 Day Test Results on IPT Facility | Current Filter. A pop-up appears, asking the user to confirm the number of records against which the Toolkit will run.
Click Yes if the record count is accurate. A pop-up appears, asking the user to select a Month. (The pick-list includes the current month and the two previous months.)
Select the Month that represents the end of the reporting period and click OK. The system identifies the Tests in which the related Facility has the selected month checked as a Sampling Required month.
If no records match that criteria, an error message appears stating that No Active Facilities were found where the selected month had a Sample Required.
If such records do exist:
Lucity identifies each Facility's designated Monitoring Frequency (i.e., None, Quarterly, Semi-Annually or Annually) to determine the date range from which to pull sampling data.
The system then determines whether enough Test records exist to meet the requirements of a 4-Day Test.
If there are not enough Test records, a check appears in the 4 Day Not Enough Tests field.
If there are enough Test records:
The system calculates the 4-Day Max Result for the prescribed date range.
The system concludes whether the Facility is is compliant, noncompliant or significantly noncompliant with established 4-Day Test thresholds.
Open the filtered Tests' Parameter records to view the calculated 4-Day Max Results and to determine whether or not the Facility is compliant/noncompliant.
