The Timesheet form shows work hours for every day of the set pay period. It shows all tasks worked on by the employee as well as the number of hours worked per task each day. These tasks can either be entered manually or brought in from work orders. All of this information is shown in three grids which are all tied together.
Note: To resize a column, use the Summary Grid to resize the column for all three grids.

Refresh |
Refreshes the data in the Timesheet. This is useful when reviewing hours from work orders by allowing users to refresh the times shown after a work order is updated. |

Reports |
Runs the Timesheet Report. This report summarizes the daily hours by time code for the current employee. The report also totals the hours worked for the pay period displayed in the current timesheet. This allows users to run and print a report version of the timesheet. |

Displays the first date of the selected pay period. Use the < > buttons to jump between pay periods. Use the |

Pay Period |
The set of days that all work time is totaled up for. |

Summary Grid |
This is a Read Only grid that summarizes the hours in the Additional Time and Linked Work Grids. |

Additional Time Grid |
This grid allows users to add/edit/delete additional work hours. They can also copy hours from the previous pay period in this grid. |

Edit Timesheet |
Begins edit mode for the Additional Time grid. Activates new buttons and allows users to edit the grid. |

Delete Task |
Deletes the Selected task |

Linked Work Grid |
This grid is Read Only and displays the hours logged for this employee from linked work orders. These hours can only be edited directly on the work order. |

Note: If a timesheet has been locked by a supervisor, it will display a message in the top left corner saying "This period has been locked and cannot be edited". The tools will be grayed out.
