The Dashboard button returns the application to the dashboard from anywhere else in the application. Clicking this does not close anything currently opened.

The Links button provides a drop down list of links to outside web pages or content.

The Web Map button launches the web map in another browser window.

The Help button provides a drop down list of help options. These include:

• Lucity Help - Launches the Web Help Guide.
• E-mail Lucity - Starts an email to Lucity Support
• Lucity on the Web - Launches Clients Only Web support, Join Webex Support Session, or launch the Lucity Web Page.
• E-mail Server Logs - Opens up an export pop-up that allows a user to enter an email address and subject. These logs should not be emailed directly to Lucity Support.

  This requires the General > Dashboard & User Preferences > Email Rolling log permission.

The Preferences button allows users to customize the web app's colors and font sizes. These are user specific preferences.

The Timesheet button either directly launches the Timesheet, or provides a dropdown list of time sheets if multiple are assigned to the user.
