Once a user has received an email copy of a Web Citizen Request, they can click on the link provided to view the status of the request. They will see something similar to the image below. It includes the request number, email address, status, and status date. This date indicates when the status was last updated. Sample request status' include New Request, Assigned to Work Order, Investigating, On Hold, Completed, etc.
