Internal Web Application
If a user chooses to send an email copy of their request from the internal web application, they will receive an email that includes the reference number of the request. This reference number can be used to look up the request. It represents the request's unique ID.
Web Citizen Application
If a Citizen chooses to send an email copy of their request from the Web Citizen application, they will receive an email similar to the following with the reference number included. Additionally, this email will include a link to view the status of your request. If the link is not functioning for some reason, the email also provides the citizen with an address that they can copy and paste into their browser.
