The quantitative ratings are based on a ratings/code matrix in the Lucity Inspection Setup module. The selected defect and ratings (from the TV Inspection observation record) help determine the overall condition of the pipe. This is broken down into three sets of numbers: Structural, Flow, and Cleaning. Each set of numbers is divided into three columns: Total, Remaining, and Rating.
