Additional Work Needed Grid

This grid allows you to document additional tasks, such as manhole cleaning or root cutting.

To add a task to the grid, complete the following steps:

  1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record.  The following window will appear:

  2. Enter a task number.

    Note: Each task number must be unique; this is required in order to save the record.

  3. Select an additional task from pick list.  Press F9 or click the field caption to view the available pick list.
  4. Select who the task is assigned to (internal staff or outside contractor) from pick list.  Press F9 or click the field caption to view the available pick list.
  5. Indicate whether the task is completed.  Press F9 or click the field caption to view the available pick list.
  6. Include the severity of the problem. Press F9 or click the field caption to view the available pick list.
  7. Add additional annotations in the Comments grid.
  8. Click to save the task record.
  9. Click to exit Add Mode.
  10. Click to close the window and return to the TV Inspection record.
