This tab allows you to document the defects found at each component in the sewer structure (cover, frame, cone, wall, bench, etc.). This tab also allows you to document the severity and density of broken components, corrosion, and roots. Additionally, you can indicate flow rate, general condition, infiltration and inflow (I/I), and the number of holes, cracks, or joints.
Note: The S and D columns indicate Severity and Density. Severity refers to how bad the defect is. Density refers to the amount of the structure that is affected by the defect.
