At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Structure |
This field allows you to select an existing sewer structure identification number from the Structure Inventory module. You can manually enter a structure number or press F9 to view the pick list. Note: Upon selecting a Structure number above, the following fields will automatically be populated with data from the corresponding inventory record: Flow Basin, General Location, Address, Lot Location, Component Type, Surface Type, Cover Type, Grade, and Inflow Dish. |

Inspection Date |
This field allows you to record the date the inspection took place. Press the space bar to populate this field with the current date (i.e. the date on your system clock) or use the drop-down menu to select a date. |
Note: The Structure field and Inspection Date field are required in order to save the record.
