In order to have access to the Security Program, your users must be granted the Run permission for Security Admin. If no user has been granted this permission, any user launching the Security program will receive a login prompt requesting database (DBMS) login credentials. Also, if a user is not granted the Run permission for Security Admin, the user can change the login prompts to allow for DBMS login credentials by pressing CTRL-R.
