The Info Receipt tab allows you to record incoming phone calls reporting the SSO. You can also document the SSO location and when it started and stopped. In addition, you can document the the primary, secondary, and tertiary overflow sources. For example, these could be a manhole, cleanout, private line, or sewer air valve.
Note: The Est. Minutes field (under the Investigation tab) will be automatically calculated based on the dates/times in the Overflow Start and Overflow End fields. If these fields are left vacant, the Est. Minutes field will also be empty.
