Adjust Part Quantity (+ or -)

To manually adjust the part quantity in a particular location, complete the following steps:

  1. Right click on the location and select Adjust Inventory Qty (+) to add to the inventory or Adjust Inventory Qty (-) to subtract from the inventory. Depending on which option you selected, one of the following windows will open.

    Add to Inv

    OR
    Remove from Inv

  2. Enter the quantity you want added or subtracted. The part ID and location is auto-populated.
  3. If you are adding to the inventory, you must list a Per Item Cost.
  4. Enter a date.
  5. Change the default reference number if needed. This field is auto-populated with text (Added or Removed thru Parts Module).
  6. Click .
