Master Project Toolkit

The Toolkit in this module provides the following functions:

Function

Result

Send Email for Budget Transfer Request

Sends an email request based on data in the Transfer Budget From and Transfer Amount fields on the Budget Change Tracking tab.

Send Email for New Sub-Project Request

Sends an email request based on data in the Create Sub Projects field on the Budget Change Tracking tab.

Update All Costs for Current Record

Recalculates all the cost information for the current record.

How to

Run a toolkit function

  1. Click the button in the module toolbar. The following window will appear:

    Master Project Toolkit

  2. From the Toolkit window select a toolkit function and click .

    Send Email for Budget Transfer Request or New Sub-Project Request.

    Update All Costs for Current Record.
