The Shared tab has several fields that are directly linked to the Street Segment, and the Subsegment record if the field inspection record is the most recent for that subsegment. These are designed to provide users with special fields that they can fill out on the field inspection, and have them update the Segment, and Subsegment records. These fields link to the fields with the same names in the Segment Network module on the bottom of the Custom tab, and the Subsegment module on the Shared tab.
