Toolkit

The Toolkit in this module has three functions:

1. You can use the Toolkit to recalculate PCI values. This function will also recalculate the deduct and distress values.

   Note: This tool will not overwrite an existing final deduct value if a record does not contain values for weighting and rating. Also, if the calculated PCI values are equal to 0, this tool will not overwrite an existing Inventory PCI.

2. You can use the Toolkit to update the most recent inspection flag in all records. This function will clear the existing flags and then reset them on the most recent inspection records only. The system will then ensure that the Street Subsegment module reflects the most recent inspection date, PCI condition value, and other pertinent information.
3. You can use the Toolkit to update the supersegment current ratings.  These ratings are found in the Condition tab of the Supersegments module.

To access the Toolkit, click the button.  The following window will appear:

Highlight the Toolkit function you wish to use and click Execute. 

Note:  The execution of Toolkit functions may take a few minutes to complete. All calculations will be performed behind the scenes.
