If the Defect found in the TV Observations record is marked as a Building Connection in the Inspection Setup module on the TV and Lamp Infilt/Struc/Clean tabs, then this tool will mark the defect as a connection in the TV Observation record. The system will then count all of the True connections and place that value in the # of TV Connections field on the TV Observation tab.
