When you select Create Work Order from the drop-down menu, a dialog box opens prompting you to select a category (example below).To create a work order, click on the Address Relationship tool , then right click on the asset for which you would like to create a work order. When you select Create Work Order from the drop-down menu, a dialog box opens prompting you to select a category (example below).
When you have chosen the proper category, click Select and the Work Order module will open to the new record.
Note: Since this work order was created using the Address Relationships tool, the address will appear in the Work Order Location grid.
