Enables you to deduct Parts from Inventory from within the Material Requisition module. This is useful when you are not putting the Part on a Work Order or issuing it to an Employee but simply need to draw it out of Inventory.

Click the Toolkit and select Adjust Part Quantity (-) | Selected Record. The following pop-up appears:
This pop-up shows parts with quantities that can be adjusted from the Material Requisition record. It only shows parts that have enough On Hand Quantity in inventory to meet or exceed the requisitioned quantity.
If detail has less in inventory than has been requisitioned, a message appears at the top of dialog warning the user.
The following fields auto-populate from the Requisition > Detail record:

Select Skip Requisition Detail to skip adjusting parts quantities for one or more Detail record.
Enter Quantity to Remove from the various locations.
Quantity to Remove boxes, when summed, must equal Quantity Requisitioned for "OK" to enable.
The Quantity Remaining to Requisition will automatically calculate as Quantity Requisitioned - Quantity to Remove. This helps you see how much of the quantity is left to issue.
Click OK.
The system will display the Part ID for the next Detail record(s). When all Detail records have been skipped or adjusted, the toolkit window closes.
The adjusted Parts quantities in the Detail record(s) are updated.
A Part Transaction (trans type: Issue Parts) record will be written for each "From" location a quantity was pulled from.
Building Issue | Selected Record
Enables you to transfer requisitioned Parts directly to a Building record in the Facility Buildings module. The transferred Parts will appear in the Returnable Parts Issued grid in the Facility Building record.

Create Purchase Order | Selected Record
Creates a Purchase Order for the Parts on this Requisition. Enables you to create the Purchase Order even if you do not yet have the Parts in Inventory. When you run this toolkit, it will automatically create the Purchase Order with the Parts on the Requisition added to the Purchase Order.
Toolkit availability:
Single selected Requisition record in grid.
Requisition may be tied to a Work Order, but does not need to be.
Requisition can't already be tied to a Purchase Order.
Requisition has Details, but the Details have not already been sent to a Work Order.
Click the Toolkit and select Create Purchase Order | Selected Record.
Enter a Purchase Date (required).
If a Vendor is defined on the Material Requisition record, that Vendor will be copied to this tool. If not, open the Vendor picklist and select a vendor.
If the part record is set up at the Vendor that is defined on the PO, then all the Vendor Part information will be populated in the PO Part record (i.e. Vendor Units, Ratio, Vendor Unit Cost, Part Units, Part Unit Cost).
If the Part record is NOT set up at the Vendor on the PO, then the resulting PO Part record will be blank and will require the user to manually enter the information on the Purchase Order Part record.
Click Select.
Click OK.
The system creates a new Purchase Order and opens the new record as a view.
If the "Auto-generate PO Numbers" Work Option is enabled, the PO Number will be auto-populated. If this option is not enabled, users may manually enter a PO Number or leave the field blank for the system to populate with the Purchase Order > Rec #.
These fields are carried over from the Material Requisition record (if available) to the new Purchase Order record:

Vendor ID (number/name)
The Part(s) appears in the PO's Parts grid.
Detach Purchase Order | Current Filter
Detaches Purchase Orders from all Material Requisitions in the filter.
Use the Filter tool to create a filter for the Purchase Orders you want to detach.
Click the Toolkit and select Detach Purchase Order | Current Filter. A message appears asking the user to confirm the number of records that will be affected by the action.
Click OK. A message appears confirming that the action will remove links to this PO.
Click OK. The toolkit runs and the Purchase Orders are detached from the Material Requisitions.
Detach Purchase Order | Selected Record(s)
Detaches Purchase Orders from all selected Material Requisition records.
Select Material Requisition record(s). The record(s) must have a PO attached.
Click the Toolkit and select Detach Purchase Order | Selected Record(s). A message appears asking the user to confirm the number of records that will be affected by the action.
Click OK. A message appears confirming that the action will remove links to this PO.
Click OK. The toolkit runs and the Purchase Order(s) are detached from the Material Requisitions.
Issue Parts to an Employee | Selected Record
Enables you to transfer requisitioned Parts directly to an Employee record in the Employee Setup module. These transferred Parts will be shown in the Returnable Parts Issued grid in the Employee Setup record.

Issues all the Parts inside the selected Material Requisition, with the entire Quantity Requisitioned, to a single selected Employee record. This tool provides a simplified process of the Issue Parts to an Employee toolkit by disbursing all Part(s) from their default Warehouse Location.
Toolkit availability:
Single selected Requisition record in grid.
Requisition may be tied to a Work Order, but does not need to be.
Requisition may be tied to a Purchase Order, but does not need to be.
Requisition has Details, but the Details have not already been sent to a Work Order.
The default Warehouse Location for the Part(s) contains enough quantity of the Part(s) to fulfill the request.
Select a single Material Requisition record from which you wish to disburse Part(s) from their default Location to an Employee.
Click the Toolkit and select Issue All to Employee with Default Location | Selected Record.
A window opens with a list of available Employees with whom to associate this transaction. Select an Employee (required).
Click Continue.
The tool runs and sends all Parts from the Material Requisition from their default Warehouse Location to the Employee.
A record is created in the Work > Employee Setup > Transactions grid.
A record is created in the Work > Employee Setup > Returnable Parts grid if the Parts are not marked as Consumable.
A Transaction record is created for each requisitioned Part. If you selected an Employee, the following fields are populated on the Transaction record:

Module Rec No = Employee Rec #
Asset Alt ID = Employee Code
Asset Desc. = Employee Desc.

Send All to Work Order with Default Location | Selected Record
Issues all Parts inside the selected Material Requisition, with the entire Quantity Requisitioned, to the Work Order linked to the Material Requisition. This tool provides a simplified process of the Send to Work Order toolkit by disbursing all Part(s) from their default Warehouse Location.
Toolkit availability:
Single selected Requisition record in grid.
Requisition must have originated from a Work Order.
Requisition may be tied to a Purchase Order, but does not need to be.
Requisition has Details that have not already been sent to a Work Order.
The default Warehouse Location for the Part(s) (Details) contains enough quantity of the Part(s) to fulfill the request.
Select a single Material Requisition record that was created from a Work Order.
Click the Toolkit and select Send All to Work Order with Default Location | Selected Record.
A window opens with a list of available Employees with whom to associate this transaction (optional). Select an Employee if desired.
Click Continue.
The tool runs and sends all Parts from the Material Requisition from their default Warehouse Location to the Work Order. Actual Units for the Parts are populated on the Work Order Resources.
A Transaction record is created for each requisitioned Part. If you selected an Employee, the following fields are populated on the Transaction record:
Module Type = 1 - Employee
Module Rec No = Employee Rec #
Asset Alt ID = Employee Code
Asset Desc. = Employee Desc.
Send Parts To Work Order or Mobile Warehouse| Selected Record
Enables you to send Parts from a Material Requisition that was created from a Work Order. This tool is used by a warehouse manager who has access to see all Parts in Inventory and can distribute parts from warehouse locations that the Employee requesting Parts can't see.
Then by running this toolkit, parts are disbursed to the Work Order by updating the Actual Units on the Material resource on the Work Order.
Scenario 2:
If the Work Option is on,
And a mobile warehouse is listed as an equipment resource on the Work Order linked to this Material Requisition,
Then the following occurs:
The Parts (Materials) are transferred to the mobile warehouse (Equipment Resource) that is listed on the same Work Order Task as the Materials.
A Parts Transaction record is created stating that the Parts were transferred to the mobile warehouse to be used on the Work Order.
Units are not filled out on the Materials on the Work Order Task. Material Units must be manually entered. Then Parts will be automatically disbursed from the mobile warehouse.

The Parts (Materials) are transferred to the mobile warehouse (Equipment Resource) that is listed on the same Work Order Task as the Materials.

Enables you to transfer Material Requisition Parts to a specific Warehouse. Those Parts from the Requisition can then be used on a Work Order by users who only have access to pull Parts from the specified Warehouse.
