Lucity provides a standard set of Crystal Reports, which are stored on the Web server. However, many agencies choose to customize these reports and add reports of their own. If an agency has custom Desktop reports, they must be converted for Lucity Web use. The following sections explain how to set up custom reports.

Report Parameters
Some reports have built-in parameters. This must be filled out before the report will be run.
Many built in reports have an optional Subtitle parameter. These can be disabled for reports run from the reports tool using the Admin Portal > Settings > System Settings > Reporting > Suppress Subtitles on View Reports setting.
