Reports

Reports are a convenient way to view and distribute data. Lucity contains a set of pre-defined reports in each module. These reports can be modified using Crystal Reports software. You can also create your own custom reports using Crystal Reports.

Note: You must rename all modified reports to avoid having them overwritten by each new Lucity suite installation.

Lucity software (versions 6.71 and up) is compatible with Crystal Reports versions 7 or higher. However, Crystal Reports has its own limitations as far as opening a report in another version (Crystal Reports 9 and 10 can open a report created with Crystal Reports XI. However, new functionality from Crystal Reports XI may not be available in Crystal Reports 9 and 10. Crystal Reports 8.5 and lower versions cannot open a report created with Crystal Reports versions 9-11).

Note: Our image reports work with the following image types: bmp, tiff, pcx, tga, jpg, pict, png.
