Lease

The Facility module contains several financial modules allowing facility operations to track financial data on the site and its property.  The Lease module stores lease information about your facility sites and buildings.  You can use this module to document facts about the original lease as well as any subleases, amendments, tenant responsibilities, or improvements to the property.

To access the Lease module, select Facility > Lease and the following window will appear.
