At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field contains a number automatically generated by the system. |
Number |
This field allows you to create a unique, user-defined identifier for your lease. Press F5 to auto populate this field. |
Name |
This field allows you to create a name for your lease. |
Entity Type |
This field allows you to select a facilities entity from the pick list (i.e. Site, Building, Roof, Room). To access the pick list, click the field caption button or press F9. |
Asset Code |
This field allows you to select an individual facilities asset from the pick list. To access the pick list, click the field caption button or press F9. Note: This pick list will be limited by the type of entity chosen in the previous field. |
Note: The Entity Type and Asset Code are required in order to save the record. These two fields identify the specific facilities asset for which the lease applies.
