The Timesheet settings enable admins to configure Timesheet forms.
To make changes to Timesheet settings, click in one of the Value fields and begin typing. Click Save when finished.

Specifies the last part of the path to and name of the RPT file used as the default timesheet report for all users. The system path will automatically look in the root of the Lucity Web install. Example: Reports\Work\TIMESHEETREPORT.rpt |
Name of the timesheet that will have no required fields except timecode |
Allows you to enter the name of a specific timesheet. The program will ignore the required fields in this timesheet. This allows your users to fill out the timesheet without being forced to fill out the required fields. |
The first day of the week shown on the TimeSheet forms |
Specifies which day of the week (e.g., Saturday, Sunday, Monday, etc.) should be the first day displayed on all Timesheet forms. (Applies to all users.) |
Note: The System Settings dialog does not provide a way to upload reports. Reports must be posted to the web server in order to be available online. Usually, the files are stored within one of the subdirectories of the Reports folder (e.g., \Equip and \Work). The Timesheet report is usually placed in the \Work subdirectory.
