Add/Associating Feature Class Configurations

After setting up a geodatabase connection, the next step is to add feature class components to the geodatabase component.

Select the geodatabase connection to add the feature class to and right-click on the node.
Note: This option is not available for replica geodatabases, instead read the section How To Associate a Feature Class section below.
Select Add Feature Class
The following dialog will appear.
Use the first drop down box to select a Lucity Asset module.
Click OK.
The Geodatabase Configuration will be updated to indicate the new feature type. The name of the feature class must be entered before this new feature class configuration will be saved. Either enter the feature class name directly, or select it from the drop down list of feature classes the tool found in the database:
Click on a different node to save the new feature class component or continue to fill out the remainder of the feature class and field mapping configuration.

Click OK.
The Geodatabase Configuration will be updated to indicate the new inspection type. The name of the feature class must be entered before this new feature class configuration will be saved. Either enter the feature class name directly, or select it from the drop down list of feature classes the tool found in the database:
Click on a different node to save the new feature class component or continue to fill out the remainder of the feature class and field mapping configuration.
Note: For the feature class to be updated with inspections entered in Lucity and vica versa a Scheduled Task (Scheduled Tasks, http://help.lucity.com/webhelp/v145/gis/index.htm#30260.htm) must be created in the Geodatabase configuration tool for the feature class.

Select the replica geodatabase connection to associate a feature class to and right-click on the node.
Select Associate Feature Class(es)
Pick the feature class out of the pop-up list. This feature class that is within the geodatabase will be associated to the replica and the configuration will be copied to the replica's configuration
