Creating a Filter

To Create a filter, open the Filter tool by clicking on the module toolbar.

  1. Use the Sort tab at the top of the screen to sort the final records in a specific order. This is optional.
  2. Use the other tab to select fields on which to build the filter. Select the field, select a Modifier and provide a filtering value.
  3. After creating the filter, click Count Records to test the filter.
  4. Click Go to run the filter and load the module with the filtered record set.
