The Service Connections module stores information about the point, or clean out, where the sewer lateral connects to a customer's facility. It records how the connection links into the sewer network, as well as information on the latest inspection and cleanings.

To open the Service Connection module, go to Sewer > Inventory > Service Connections. The following window will appear:
