The Email tab tracks email messages sent using the Equipment Inventory toolkit.
A sample of the Email grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.

States whether the email is Queued, has been Sent, or has Failed. |

References which user, by login ID, sent the email. |

Indicates the date the email was sent. |

Indicates the time the email was sent. |
Note: Queued emails are stored in the database. They are sent based on settings managed in the Lucity Administration tool.
