Toolkit
The Toolkit in the Equipment module provides the following functions:

Result
Add Replica Record
Creates a copy of the current record and allows the user to enter a new Equipment ID and Description before saving it. This feature streamlines the process of creating new Equipment records.
Calculate Equipment Rate
Recalculates all calculated fields on the Cost and Eval tabs for all Equipment records.
Send Email Notification for Current Record
Sends the selected notification to the current vehicle's operator.
Send Email Notification for Filterset
Sends the selected notification to all the operators for the filterset.
Find the record that you would like to replicate. Click the
Highlight Add Replica Record and click Execute . The following pop-up appears to explain the replication process:
Click Yes to continue. The Equipment module opens and displays a new record identical to the first. Change the Equipment ID and Name . Save and close the record.
Create a filter for the records you would like to update. Click the
Highlight Calculate Equipment Rate for Filterset and click Execute . The toolkit function updates all calculated fields for the Equipment records in the filterset.
Find the Equipment record for the item that you would like to send a notification about. Click the
Highlight Send Email Notification for Current Record and click Execute . The following screen appears:
Click the Email Notif # button and select the Notification you wish to send.Note: Only Notification Templates with the Notification Module field set to "Equipment" will appear in this list.
Click OK . The Notification is sent to the email address found in the Assigned To Email field on the Equipment record.
Create a filter for the records for which you would like to send notifications. Click the
Highlight Send Email Notification for Filterset and click Execute . The following screen appears:
Click the Email Notif # button and select the Notification you wish to send.Note: Only Notification Templates with the Notification Module field set to "Equipment" appear in this list.
Click OK. The Notification is sent to the email address found in the Assigned To Email field on each selected Equipment record.
