The Work Order Scheduler provides a visual representation of when work is scheduled to occur.
Work Orders are represented by pink arrows. The first arrow represents the start date and the second arrow represents the end date. The work order number and main task are listed in between the arrows usually in a green text box, unless the start and end dates fall on the same day. Then the work order number and main task will appear to the right of the last arrow in black text.
Sub-tasks are represented by blue triangles. The first triangle represents the start date and the second triangle represents the end date. The name of a task is listed between the triangles in a light blue text box, unless the start and end dates fall on the same day. Then the task will appear to the right of the last triangle in green text.
Note: For a work order to appear in the scheduler, it must have a Start Date and Category. No other information is required.
