Asset Grid

The first is the Assets grid which is primarily list the inventory assets that the work order involves. This gives users easy access to those assets' inventory records and allows them to create new work orders involving the selected assets. Other special functions in this grid vary depending on the type of assets listed.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in each grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow will appear signifying ascending or descending order. The functions in the grid allow user to view, add, edit, or delete the record.

Associated Tasks Grid

The second grid shows the Work Order Tasks (found on the Tasks/Res tab) that are associated to the Asset selected in the Asset grid. Assets can be associated to Tasks to help specify which work costs applied to which asset. This provides more detailed information about how much an asset is costing an agency.

A sample of the grid appears below. The functions in the grid allow user to link tasks to the asset record.
