View Asset Inspection Record

An inspection record will be associated to the work order asset If the Work Order was created from an Inspection record or an inspection was created from the work order using the Create Asset Inspection Record tool. This tool allows users to open the related Inspection record.

1. Select an asset in the grid.
2. Right-click on the asset and select View Asset Inspection Record.
   • If there is more than one inspection type associated to the asset type the following pop-up will appear:

     

   • Choose an Inspection type from the list and click Select.
3. If there is a inspection of that type associated to the asset and the work order the inspection module will open to that inspection.
