Create Asset Inspection Record

This tool allows users to create an inspection from the work order for a work order asset. The resulting inspection is associated to the asset and the work order.

1. Select an asset in the grid.
2. Right-click on the asset and select Create Asset Inspection Record.
   • If there is more than one inspection type associated to the asset type the following pop-up will appear:

     

   • Choose an Inspection type from the list and click Select.
3. The selected inspection module will open to a new record for the asset.
4. Edit the inspection as desired and save.
