The header fields contain general information used to identify each department. The header appears the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

This is a pick-list of all the departments for an agency. Every time you add a new department to this module, it is added to the department pick list. This list is shared with several other modules. Click on the field name or press F9 within the field for a list of departments. |
Fiscal Year ** |
Indicates which fiscal year the department record is associated to. Each department will need a new record for every Fiscal Year. Click on the field name or press F9 within the field for a list of Fiscal Year records. |
