Troubleshooting PMs

PMs have specific requirements that must be met to avoid outcomes such as the PM not generating a Work Order or generating a Work Order that does not have all required or desired information on it. Review the following when troubleshooting PMs.

Work Flow Setup/PM relationships

Work Flow fields

These fields (Category, Problem, Supervisor, etc.) on a PM record utilize information from the Work Flow Setup modules to fill out the generated Work Order.

Task and Resource records

These Tasks and Resources (Employees, Equipment, Materials, Material Kits, Fluids, Contractors) are PM child records that also come from the Work Flow Setup modules.
