The IPT Facility Events module enables agencies to track events related to an IPT facility. These events can include any actions the agency wants to track, such as receipt of a permit application , a request for payment, a report of a violation, or a spill.
Common Tasks
To open thismodule, selectEnvironmental Compliance > Industrial Pretreatment > Facility Events.
Method 1: Add an Event from the IPT Facility Module
Open the Industrial Pretreatment> Facilities module.
Click the button to expand the Facility record to which you want to add an event.
Select the Facility Events grid and click the button. The system creates a new Facility Event record with the selected Facility's ID in the Facility Number field.

Method 2: Create a Record in the IPT Facility Events Module.
Open the Industrial Pretreatment > Facility Events module.
Click the button. A new record appears.
Enter or select a Facility Number (required).

Enter or select the Logged Date (required).
Select a Group from the pick-list (required). These options come from the IndustrialPretreatment > Group Setupmodule.
Choose an Event type from the pick-list. (The choice the user makes in the Group field determines the options in the Event field.)
Complete other fields as desired.
Click the button to save the record. The new Facility Event record appears in the grid.
